Rev. Ellis Arnold (They/Them)

Ellis is our current Co-Chair of the Alliance. Ellis is an artist who enjoys working with the medium of stained glass. They are extremely gifted working with Committees On Ministry and have served in the Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota Conference and is currently working with the Southern California Nevada Conference as their Designated ACM.

Rev. Damien Lake (He/Him)

Damien is the new Co-Chair alongside Ellis. He loves restoring classic cars and spending time with his family. He has served in Michigan, Ohio, New Jersey, California, and Missouri. Damien brings a passion for creativity and thinking “outside the pew” to the work he does as the ACM in the Missouri Mid-South Conference.

Rev. Erin Gilmore (She/Her)

Terry is our new Secretary for the Alliance and she brings with her so much joy and excitement for the work we are doing as ACMs. She is busy planning for her upcoming wedding and loves reading a good book. She is confident in the work she does as she helps churches through times of transition.

Erin is an ACM with the Rocky Mountain Conference. Her main priority in her Conference is nurturing the vitality of those churches and helping them to feel connected to the UCC. She is brilliant in the reimagining of The Church and recognizes that we must do this hard work to make the church more relevant in our world today.

Terrill is our new treasurer and calls Chicago his home. He loves to work out and spend time with family and friends. Terrill is excited about his role as the ACM for programs and innovations in the Illinois Conference. He brings a wonderful energy and enthusiasm to the Alliance and we are grateful for his leadership.

Rev. Heather Fousburgh (She/Her)

Heather is an ACM with the Southeast Conference. She is a part ACM and works as an Administrative Minister at Kirkwood UCC in Atlanta. She is passionate about teaching History & Polity, interfaith work, refugee support, and modern biblical interpretations. We are blessed to have her serving on the Alliance Board.
